We are currently seeking applications for the following positions:

Please note: Applicants must have a home or place to stay in West Cork and have their own transport to get to and from work. We will assist applicants from outside the area in any way we can, but we can not directly provide accommodation at this time. 

Front-of-house supervisor & administrator ​

An experienced front-of-house operator, with ability to organise the administration of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.

This role will suit an experienced waiter from a high-standards background and a key aptitude for organisation. During dinner service, you will be expected to be an active and core part of food and beverage service, working as part of a small team. In the afternoons, you will take responsibility for the administration of the restaurant. This includes- answering emails, dealing with phone enquiries, reservations management, invoice and payment control and social media management, while in constant contact with the owner, chefs and front-of house team. 


A responsible member of a small chef team, producing outstanding, flawless food 

This role will suit a high-energy chef, looking to work in a small team, producing an immaculate tasting menu of all local ingredients. You will be involved in every aspect of the sourcing, preparation and service of the menu. You will have an open mind, a good attitude, and a motivation to work at the very highest level of Irish cuisine. Importantly, you must be willing to work in close quarters with a small team and you should be able to work under pressure. Your experience should include working in kitchens with exceptional standards.

Kitchen Porter

An essential member of our kitchen team

This position will suit a person with an interest in working in professional kitchens and a willingness to keep our restaurant in top shape. During service you will be washing up and organising the kitchen, as a support for the chefs. Outside service hours you will be working to keep the kitchen and premises clean and tidy. You will receive hands-on experience and training in preparation and service of food. This can be quite a physical job so would suit somebody able to work in a high-pace, manual work environment. 

Part-time and full-time waiting staff

Waiting staff with experience in a quality restaurant environment

We are currently seeking applications for waiting staff. We have part-time positions available throughout the season. Applicants should have experience working on a restaurant floor as a waiter. Above all, an excellent demeanour and aptitude for customer service is required. Experience highly valued, but full training is provided. Must be available for evening and weekend work.
